AL Goodbody Dress for Success Dublin

Dress for Success
Dress for Success Dublin promotes the economic independence of women by providing career development tools and a support network.  It gives women the clothing, training and support they need to succeed in their working lives. A&L Goodbody has created a new partnership with one of Dress for Success's programmes calls 'Steps to Success'.

Under the partnership, women taking part in labour market activation programmes – such as JobBridge, Community Employment schemes and Tús – will avail of mentoring and career progression advice from experienced staff at A&L Goodbody.  In addition to being paired with mentors, participants will attend monthly workshops on career development topics, and be provided with networking opportunities and peer support.

Career Leap
We are proud supporters of Career L.E.A.P., a new work readiness training programme for young people aged 18-24 from marginalised backgrounds. It has been uniquely developed through a collaborative partnership of Business in the Community, other corporates in the IFSC, Community Groups and Trinity College Dublin.

Through this collaboration, this programme aims to help to reduce youth unemployment in the local communities in Dublin's north inner city. We are supporting the initiative by providing work experience and training to the people participating in the programme.
