Our Securitisation and Capital Markets Group is one of the largest practices of its kind in Ireland. We act for Irish and overseas originators, issuers, underwriters and arrangers in the full range of transactions.

We advise on domestic and international securitisations (including CLOs and CDOs), debt repackagings, bond issues, EMTN programmes, FRN issues, commercial paper programmes, certificates of deposit programmes and other debt capital market issuances. We also advise on the establishment and structuring of Irish special purpose insurance vehicles.

We provide a one-stop shop service that combines taxation, securities law, company law, stock exchange listing, derivatives and structuring experience. We also advise banks and financial institutions about debt capital markets issuances.
