We advise on commercial agreements that focus on the exploitation of IP rights, including licensing, distribution, sponsorship, franchising, co-marketing, R&D collaboration and technology transfer agreements. We also advise on the regulatory aspects of healthcare clients’ operations and conduct intellectual property due diligences and audits.
Many of the team members are also members of our Inward Investment Group and we advise on the commercial advantages of managing intellectual property, on a pan-European basis, from Ireland. We have assisted a large number of companies in establishing an IP management presence in Ireland, working very closely with our Inward Investment Group and the Industrial Development Authority (IDA) in Ireland.
