We provide commercially focused advice on the design, structure and implementation of all Revenue approved schemes and employee share ownership trusts (ESOTs), as well as bespoke unapproved share option and share-based incentive schemes for executives. We regularly advise overseas clients on the adoption of existing overseas schemes for Irish employees. We also provide extensive advice on the share incentives/employee benefit aspects of major corporate transactions.
We are the only law firm in Ireland to offer a dedicated benefits trustee and administration service to clients. We also offer a trusteeship/nomineeship service for schemes with our independent trustee company Goodbody Trustees Limited.
