Our EU & Competition team has unrivalled experience advising on a wide range of EU law issues. These have included advice on the four freedoms, particularly on the free movement of goods and issues arising from parallel trade. We have also advised clients extensively on EU food labelling legislation and the European Convention of Human Rights. Among our high profile assignments in this area have been:

  • Various insurance companies on the implications of the preliminary ruling on 1 March 2011 of the Test-Achats.
