Our group has strong links with all the major players and intermediaries in the property industry. Our clients include private investors, developers, pension funds, public and private companies, banks, local authorities and other public bodies.
Cross-practice teams enable us to provide integrated and streamlined advice on property taxation, property finance, construction, planning and environmental law. We also have experience of transactions in which property forms a major part but which are not characterised as traditional real estate deals. If, for tax or other reasons, a property deal is being structured as a corporate sale, we have access to the leading M&A experts in our Corporate Group. If the development is being funded by means of a PPP, we work closely with our colleagues in PPP.
