Tax Planning

We offer specialist advice on the taxation implications of wills, trusts, partnerships, investment companies and other asset holding structures, and on taxation implications for proprietors, directors and employees. We advise on tax mitigation proposals and co-ordinate the implementations of tax planning schemes, including those with an international background.

Conveyancing and Property Transactions

We advise on the buying, selling or transfer of residential property, both urban and rural. We also advise on leases and letting agreements, matters of landlord and tenant law and on all aspects of planning.

Settlements and Trusts

We advise on the creation of settlements and trusts, on the obligations and duties of trustees and on the rights of the beneficiaries; on changes of trustees, on the restructuring of trusts and on the winding up or dissolution of trusts.

Charities

We advise on the legal aspects of setting up and running charities and on obtaining charitable status for taxation purposes.

Heritage

We have extensive experience in heritage matters offering advice on tax allowances and exemptions, grant availability, structuring for maintenance and succession together with other related issues.
