Our Restructuring and Insolvency Group combines expertise in commercial law, commercial litigation, property, banking and financial services to provide effective solutions and advice in all insolvency and corporate recovery situations.

The Group advises and supports insolvency practitioners, creditors/bondholders, directors and shareholders on the full range of corporate recovery and insolvency issues. We have worked extensively with international firms who have Irish operations and have an in-depth understanding of the particular issues arising in cross-border insolvencies.

Ours is an all-island practice with specialists in both our Dublin and Belfast offices and we are therefore particularly able to serve the needs of clients in cases involving Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland issues.
