Our Construction Group developed through the platform of its construction expertise. Historically we always had, and continue to have, a very strong and dedicated construction law capability.
Our construction team advises on both contentious and non-contentious matters.
In relation to contentious work, we are experienced in the full spectrum of issues which arise in construction projects including delay analysis, loss and expense claims, contract interpretation, design liability and professional negligence. We advise on everything from the routine to the most complex loss and expense claims.
For non-contentious work, we advise all relevant stakeholders involved in the construction process and work closely with our Projects team on the construction aspects of the project finance transactions. We also have a huge amount of property development experience and work closely with our property department and banking teams in major property developments and development financings. We work on many of the largest property development transactions in Ireland.
