- Barclays Bank plc in relation to secured facilities to various Northern Ireland registered housing associations.
- The Royal Bank of Scotland plc as agent in relation to US$450m facilities to Tomkins plc.
- An international credit institution on the Northern Ireland aspects of the acquisition of a £2.26m mortgage portfolio.
- Ulster Bank Limited on the financing of Tayto Golden Wonders’ acquisition of Red Mill Snack Foods Limited.
- Warner Chilcott Group in relation to a refinancing and the acquisition of the pharmaceutical arm of Procter & Gamble.
