Brendan Fox is based in our Belfast office and is a member of the Litigation Department. He specialises in the areas of Intellectual Property, Construction Litigation, Dispute Resolution and Real Estate Litigation.
Brendan has acted for a wide range of clients including Architects, Quantity Surveyors, Consulting Engineers, Developers and Housing Associations in procurement and construction disputes. He has acted for Kingspan Building Products Limited, Stothers (M&E) Limited and Peninsula Construction Limited as well as many leading brand names in his Intellectual Property practice such as Smith Kline Beecham plc, Metso Minerals, Dyson Limited, Nokia Limited and Philips Electronics.
