Tom O’Connor is a consultant in the Commercial Property Department and is a previous head of that Department. He is widely recognised as one of the most experienced practitioners in his field with an extensive network of clients and intermediaries both in Ireland and abroad.
A graduate from University College Dublin with a Bachelor of Civil Law Degree, Tom has been involved in many of the major property transactions in Ireland since qualification as a solicitor in 1975. Tom has spoken at numerous legal and property conferences and is cited in various international publications as one of Ireland’s best known and leading commercial real estate lawyers. He is frequently called upon to act as an expert witness. Tom is also a CEDR accredited mediator.
Tom is a Director and Chairman of H & M Hennes & Mauritz (Ireland) Limited. He is also a director of AIB Alpha Japan Fund Pte. Limited and of AIB MT Fund Asia Pte. Limited. In his private capacity, Tom is involved in a number of charitable and educational organisations.
