Eamon Brady is Head of the Pensions Department at A&L Goodbody and is an expert in the area of Irish pensions law. He advises a wide range of leading businesses and organisations on pensions matters, including compliance, scheme documentation, dispute resolution, restructuring and winding-up with particular emphasis on investment management and custody, as well as advising on the pensions side of corporate transactions.
