Dominic Conlon is a Partner in the Corporate Department. His areas of practice include mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, outsourcings and technology related matters and general corporate work. His work includes advising:
- Western Union on its acquisition of Fexco's money transfer business;
- Intune on recent venture capital investment rounds, and its contractual arrangements;
- eRepublik on its recent fundraising;
- Enterprise Equity on, amongst other matters, the sale of its shareholding in Iontas;
- AIB on its credit card merchant acquiring joint venture with First Data;
- Nissan Ireland on the sale of its corporate headquarters.
Dominic has advised numerous financial institutions and stock broking firms on their outsourcing activities and has particular experience advising financial institutions on their credit card issuing and acquiring activities. He joined A&L Goodbody in 1997 and became a Partner in 2004.
