Eamonn Conlon is a Projects and Construction Partner with A&L Goodbody. He advises funders, public bodies, sponsors, operators and contractors in the procurement and financing of large scale infrastructure and services, including public private partnerships.
His recent experience includes landmark public projects such as the Luas light railway, the Dublin metro, the Limerick Tunnel, M4 M6 Kinnegad Kilcock Bypass and N8 Rathcormac Fermoy Bypass PPP toll road projects, the Belfast City Hospital Cancer Centre PFI project and the Northern Motorway.
He has worked on project financings in several sectors, including energy, business process outsourcing and property development. Eamonn has advised on pilot projects for innovations such as framework contracting, design and build, early contractor involvement and target cost contracting. He is advising the Department of Finance on new public works contracts. He also advises on construction and service aspects of large industrial and commercial developments.
