Liam Kennedy

Liam Kennedy, Head of the Dispute Resolution Department, specialises in international and domestic commercial disputes including, product liability, M&A, securities/auditors’ litigation (including international class actions), EU and competition law, and constitutional litigation. His practice includes dealing with regulators including the Financial Regulator, commissions of enquiry, the Securities Exchange Commission, and CARB.
 
Recent cases include public procurement litigation and Commercial Court Litigation in major development disputes.   Liam also regularly advises auditors and other professionals on liability and regulatory issues. 

Liam also represents BUPA in a multimillion euro damages claim against the Irish state arising from the State’s unlawful attempt to impose levies upon health insurers. 

Liam is recommended in legal publications and directories including The Legal 500, Best Lawyers, Chambers Global, Chambers Europe, PLC Which Lawyer? and Who's Who Legal.
