David Main is a Partner in A&L Goodbody's Pensions Department. He advises a wide range of Irish and international businesses and organisations on all aspects of their pensions affairs. In particular, he advises on scheme documentation, restructuring and winding-up, investment, dispute resolution, pensions products and on the pensions aspects of mergers and acquisitions.
David qualified as a Solicitor in England and Wales in 1998 and was admitted as a Solicitor in Ireland in 2004. He is the current Treasurer of the Association of Pension Lawyers in Ireland and is an associate member of the Irish Institute of Pension Managers and the Pensions Management Institute in the UK. He holds Diplomas in International Employee Benefits and in Employment Law.
