Ian Moore is a Consultant in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Department, specialising in employment law, and was a former Partner in the Firm.
Ian advises a range of Irish and international corporate clients on employment rights, policies, procedures, and human resource strategies.
Apart from delivering day-to-day advice on a range of employment and industrial relations issues, Ian's experience spans the establishment of new businesses, through to the management of closures. A significant area of his practice relates to employment issues arising on the transfers of business and outsourcings.

He lectures on employment in the Law Society’s Law School and speaks and writes on various aspects of the law in this area. He represents Ireland on the Board of the European Employment Lawyers Association and is a past member and chairman of the Law Society’s Employment and Equality Law Committee. Ian is an accredited mediator.
