Stephen O'Riordan is a Partner in the Commercial Property Department. His practice focuses primarily on investment (both institutional and private equity) and on development (acting for developers and investors) with a particular emphasis on transactions requiring solutions to issues arising on structuring and financing. He also advises the Firm’s extensive range of leisure and retail sector clients on "end user" development and leasing transactions.
Stephen is recommended as an expert by a number of international directories including: Best Lawyers 2010; PLC Which Lawyer? 2008, 2009, 2010 and 2011; Chambers Europe 2008, 2009, 2010 and 2011; The Legal 500, 2008 and 2010 and Who's Who Legal 2011. Clients refer to Stephen as "an excellent property lawyer - smart, commercial and aware of the big picture" (Chambers Global, 2008).
He is currently a member of the Law Society’s Conveyancing Committee and is a regular contributor to specialist Irish and international property journals and publications.
