Alan Roberts is a Partner in the Commercial Property Department and advises on all types of Commercial Property transactions and related construction law matters. He has advised developers, institutions and investor syndicates buying, selling, leasing and funding offices, shopping centres, retail parks and outlets, industrial units, hotels and mixed commercial and residential developments.
Alan also has extensive experience in acting for the leading financial institutions in the State and for a number of Ireland’s leading developers and investors on all aspects of property finance transactions.
He has particular experience in acting for developers, investors and funders of joint ventures and tax driven property investments in office, retail and residential developments. Alan advises on all areas of landlord and tenant law with a particular emphasis on the letting and pre-letting of office and retail developments and on sale and lease back transactions.
He has also acted for several multi-national corporations with regard to the real estate elements of corporate transactions and mergers and acquisitions transactions.
