Niamh Ryan is a Partner in the Investment Funds Unit and joined A&L Goodbody on qualification as a solicitor in 2000. Niamh specialises in the establishment, operation and regulation of all types of UCITS and non-UCITS investment funds. She also advises fund service providers including administrators, custodians and prime brokers as well as promoters and investment managers.
Niamh has advised SVG Capital and Key Capital on the establishment of a qualifying investor fund investing in private equity limited partnerships, Towry Investment Management Limited on the establishment of two fund of funds platforms, Seven Investment Management Limited on the establishment of a professional investor fund, Christofferson, Robb & Co LLC on the establishment of its first Irish fund investing in bank capital release deals and Artio Global Management LLC, Fortis Investment Management (UK) Limited, Fideuram Asset Management (Ireland) Limited , Griffin Capital Management Limited and Ignis Investment Services Limited on their UCITS platforms.
Niamh is recommended as a leading lawyer by a number of legal publications and directories including IFLR1000 2012.
