Mark Traynor is a Partner in the Restructuring and Insolvency Group and also specialises in the areas of general commercial litigation and Corporate Criminal Offences.
Mark has acted for insolvency practitioners, companies and creditors in many recent insolvency matters, including McInerney Group, Waterford Wedgwood Group, the Zoe Developments Group, O Briens Sandwich Bars Limited, Smart Telecom, Setanta Sports, Zavvi Retail (Ireland) Limited and the IPOS Pharmacy Group and has wide experience in liquidations, receiverships and examinerships as well as advising and working on formal and informal restructurings and reorganisations.
