- Buddy Programme – for the duration of your internship you will be paired with a dedicated “buddy“ (a Trainee Solicitor). Your buddy will help you to settle in and orientate yourself and will sit in close proximity to you. Over the course of your internship your buddy may allocate work to you and will be available at all times to help you with any questions you may have.
- End of placement feedback meeting with team Partner/Senior Lawyer.
SIP Structure
The SIP is run by a dedicated SIP Co-Ordinator, supported by the HR and Learning & Development Departments. Together they are responsible for the development and implementation of the programme. The Co-Ordinator oversees the day-to-day running of the SIP and will liaise directly with you on a daily basis to ensure that your internship runs smoothly from beginning to end and you get the most from the programme.
