Over 150 deals were entered in 2017, reflecting the continued growth in the Irish economy and more specifically in the corporate finance sector. M&A Deal of the Year: Johnson Controls Inc. merger with Tyco International plc, subsequent spin off and listing of Adient plc; and Sumitomo Corporation takeover of Fyffes plc

Equity Capital Markets: Draper Esprit plc IPO; and Cairn Homes placing and open offer.

Debt Capital Markets: daa finance plc tender offer and new note issuance

Loans & Financing: Dalata Hotel Group plc refinancing of syndicated debt facilities; and Project Jewel loan portfolio.

Financial Services (Ireland): Glanbia Milkflex Fund

International Financial Services: Amundi acquisition of Kleinwort Benson Investors; and Norwegian Air Shuttle EETC
