Matthew Cole


Matthew Cole is a Partner in the Firm's Corporate Department. He advises Irish, UK and International clients on M&A and capital markets transactions in Ireland. His experience includes advising on numerous high profile, cross-border M&A and private equity deals. Matthew also has an extensive track-record advising corporate issuers and major investment banks on a wide range of debt and equity capital markets transactions including bond offerings, IPOs, rights issues and equity placings. He practised and worked for a number of years with a leading international law firm in London.
