Micaela Diver

Micaela Diver is a partner in the firm's Litigation Department in Belfast and she specialises in Public & Regulatory law. Micaela has experience in complex, high profile cases in the Northern Irish Commercial Court. She assists clients on a broad range of public and administrative law issues relating to public procurement, competition and merger control, EU, State aid, regulatory and compliance.

Micaela advises a wide range of clients in both the public and private sector on contentious and non-contentious public procurement law matters, including large scale outsourcing and infrastructure projects often working with clients to devise innovative ways to deliver their objectives. Micaela also advises clients on competition law matters including compliance, merger control and private damages actions.

Her work includes acting for clients in judicial reviews, statutory appeals, investigations (bribery and anti-corruption) and other inquiries across a variety of sectors including energy, utilities, health, transport, construction and the public sector.
