Paul White


Paul White is a corporate law specialist with a wide range of experience in all aspects of corporate and commercial law including equity capital markets, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), joint ventures, corporate restructurings, corporate governance and corporate finance. Paul also regularly advises Boards of various corporations and organisations on corporate governance and compliance issues generally. A&L Goodbody's M&A team is ranked No.1 Irish M&A Law Firm for 2012 - 2016 by each of the leading international research publications – Mergermarket, Bloomberg, Thomson Reuters and Experian Corpfin.

Paul has been a partner with A&L Goodbody since 1996. He managed the Firm’s London office from 1999 to 2004; served as Head of the Firm's Corporate Department between 2004 and 2010; and served as Chairman of the Firm between 2010 and 2016. Paul continues actively to serve clients on a range of corporate andcommercial law matters. He also carries management responsibility for a number of the Firm's key relationships.
