Print Room Assistant

Print and Fax Room Supervisor

Overall Purpose:                                               

To provide high quality print room support to all staff

Key Tasks:

  • Photocopying
  • Binding
  • Collating
  • Preparing documents for court / clients
  • Faxing documents for court / clients
  • Any other tasks as requested
  • CD bible creation
  • Bulk email printing on request
  • Filling machines with toner, staples and paper, daily
  • Reporting  faults on all equipment eg:  printers, binders etc
  • Printer maintenance

Personal Skills and Requirements:

  • Strong track record in a similar role, ideally working in a law firm
  • Experience with post & print room activities
  • Good team player
  • Good PC skills (MS Office)
  • Flexible and adaptable
  • Good organisational skills  
  • Proactive worker who is happy to follow instructions however is also able to complete set tasks without supervision
  • Strong time management skills, ability to cope under pressure and prioritise when necessary
  • Ability to confidently communicate appropriately with people at all levels of the company
  • Good telephone manner
  • Excellent attention to details and enthusiastic about maintaining professional high standards
