An exciting opportunity exists for a Paralegal to join our ALG Solutions group for a 12-month contract.

Our paralegals assist solicitors in the delivery of large and medium scale data intensive mandates. They perform work, which requires legal knowledge, creativity in problem solving and independent judgement. It is expected that they will demonstrate a high degree of agility and flexibility in engaging with project management and legal technology solutions and will demonstrate openness to a diverse range of job assignments. The role offers candidates a good work life balance and is supportive of flexible work arrangements

Role and responsibilities
  • Reading in, upskilling and gaining a solid understanding in the fundamentals of security and real estate due diligence
  • Performing due diligence and data extraction on loan and security documentation
  • Conducting and interpreting property and company searches
  • Assisting generally with transaction and completion activities

  • Previous experience in a legal environment or commensurate experience preferable but not essential

  • Ability to work within a fast paced, demanding and pressurised environment
  • Flexible and hardworking approach
  • Ability to work on own initiative, is proactive and committed to assignment completion
