Lawyer - Restructuring & Insolvency (Dublin)

Description

A&L Goodbody's Restructuring and Insolvency team has unrivalled experience and expertise in the Irish legal market. We have acted as lead advisor on the most high profile and challenging restructurings in Irish corporate history, including advising the Special Liquidators of IBRC and acting on the restructurings of Ballantyne Re, Nordic Aviation Capital, Norwegian Air Shuttle, Waypoint and eircom.

Our combined Dublin and Belfast team, together with other experts throughout the firm, advise domestic and international stakeholders including insolvency practitioners, creditors, directors, shareholders and investors in and purchasers of distressed businesses. We have particular in-depth experience in relation to cross-border restructurings.

We are looking to expand our team and are seeking a bright, personable and enthusiastic lawyer to join our dynamic Restructuring & Insolvency practice group in Dublin. We would like to hear from any interested lawyers ranging from 4 to 6 years' PQE.

The role will directly report to the Head of Restructuring & Insolvency and the Partners within the practice group.

Requirements

Ideal candidates will have worked in a large, medium or boutique corporate law firm, and have experience in working on complex and challenging restructuring and insolvency mandates.

We would be happy to hear from interested candidates who are based in Ireland or abroad.
