Experience

We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate excellent legal agility and are excited by the opportunity to be involved in diverse projects across a range of practice areas and industry sectors such as banking, property, commercial contracts and litigation. Experience gained in a mid/top tier commercial firm is preferred.

In addition to supporting a due diligence programme of work, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing the hands-on delivery and completion of high-profile transactions. They will also be responsible for the provision of support and guidance to junior legal teams to ensure a consistent high-quality output. The role will appeal to innovative lawyers who are willing to lead change by embracing alternative delivery solutions for legal transactions using leading edge technology and collaborating with project management and process specialists.
