Senior HR Business Partner

The Senior HR Business Partner will provide strategic, practical and thought leading HR support to the firm as part of a broader Talent team.

Role and responsibilities
  • Partner with and advise the business on all things related to talent – from recruitment and selection, integration, performance management, development and engagement.
  • Responsible for providing comprehensive proactive HR partnership to specified departments and their respective teams
  • Provide general HR support to all levels of staff in business areas
  • Anticipate issues and needs within the business areas and address these effectively
  • Carry out HR projects to support the HR strategy
  • Mentor and develop members of the Talent team
Skills and experience
  • The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years HR Advisory experience, preferably within a professional services environment.
  • The role is suited to a self-starter who can operate calmly under pressure, work effectively to deadlines and who is highly organised.
  • The candidate will be a strong team player with excellent influencing skills.
  • The candidate should have the ability to think strategically and execute flawlessly.
  • The candidate should have the ability to handle multiple tasks with tight overlapping deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, confidence and a natural curiosity will also be key to success in the role.
