Barry O'Fiacháin is an associate in A&L Goodbody's Corporate department. Barry has experience in all aspects of corporate law, including domestic and international M&A, joint ventures, corporate restructurings, contractual arrangements and corporate governance. Barry has also spent time on secondment with a number of the firm’s large international clients, to whom he has provided a wide range of in-house corporate and commercial advice.
