Claudia Holland is an associate in A&L Goodbody's Technology group. Claudia has experience in technology and commercial matters including complex contracting arrangements, major business process outsourcing, software licenses and support agreements, as well as specialist due diligence on major corporate transactions. Claudia also advises clients on negotiating contracts to account for data protection, DORA compliance, and intellectual property. 

Claudia joined ALG in September 2024 following her relocation from Australia where she was practising at a leading Australian law firm.
