Connor Owende is an associate in A&L Goodbody's Asset Management and Investment Funds group. Connor's experience includes advising the promoters of, and service providers to, Irish investment funds. Connor has experience in advising on the establishment, authorisation and operation of all types of investment funds including UCITS, QIAIFs, ETFs, closed-ended and real estate funds as well as the authorisation of UCITS managers and alternative investment fund managers AIFMs. Connor also has experience in advising lenders and borrowers on fund financing transactions.
