Elaine Marum is an associate in A&L Goodbody's Pensions group. Elaine has experience advising both Irish and international clients on the pensions' aspects of mergers and acquisitions including pensions issues arising on a TUPE transfer. Elaine also advises a number of employers and trustees of pension schemes of all sizes on their administration, compliance, governance, liability management and investment matters and on dealing with regulatory investigations and disputes. Elaine has also advised a number of employers on establishing Master Trusts and on their obligations under the new auto-enrolment legislation and on benefit provision where employees have reached retirement age.
