Rebecca Dorrington is an associate in A&L Goodbody's Tax department and advises on all aspects of Irish taxation law.

Rebecca qualified as a solicitor in England in 2017 before re-locating to Ireland and joining A&L Goodbody in January 2022.

Rebecca has experience in advising on the tax aspects of corporate transactions, including for example, private and public M&A transactions, international tax changes and reforms, IP tax structuring for multinationals and the taxation of Irish investment undertakings and structured products. Rebecca also has extensive previous experience advising private clients in the UK on a range of domestic and international tax, lifetime planning and trust related-matters.
