Use this site for all legislation from 1988 to date for England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. There are no secondary legislation items available before 1988. Most pre-1988 primary legislation is available. In many instances primary legislation is available in revised form. ‘Revised’ means that amendments made by subsequent legislation are incorporated into the text. Most types of secondary legislation are not revised and are held only in the form in which they were originally made.
