Ireland's Minister for Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation, Mary Mitchell O'Connor TD, confirmed on 5 July 2016 that her department is drafting a Statutory Instrument (i.e., Ministerial order) to implement "Directive 2014/104/EU on certain rules governing actions for damages under national law for infringements of the competition law provisions of Member States and of the European Union"
