Responsible business principles shape how we operate, support our people and work with our clients and suppliers, especially in a time of rapid wider change.

We’re pleased to present our second Responsible Business Report reflecting on our progress in 2025. It shows how responsible business continues to shape how we operate, support our people and work with our clients and suppliers.

Building on our 2022–2024 report, this edition introduces our new three-year Responsible Business strategy for 2025–2027, marking a clear shift in our strategic approach. Principally, this includes the separation of our Responsible Business and Pro Bono strategies into distinct but complementary areas. The new Responsible Business strategy outlines an expanded focus, within our climate action objective, on biodiversity loss. The development of a pro bono strategy reflects our ever-deepening commitment to expanding access to justice.

Achieving sustainable impact

During 2025, we settled into our newly redeveloped headquarters at North Wall Quay in Dublin, enjoying enhanced connection and collaboration as a result. The building is also improving how we support our environmental ambitions.

We continued to deepen our broader environmental impact, zoning in on action, data and accountability as we work towards achieving our science-based targets.

We focussed on supporting our people, community engagement, pro bono and ESG advisory. On every front, we aim to be transparent about where we’re making progress and where challenges remain.

Improving data and tech tools

In 2025, we improved how we collect, manage and analyse data. That means we can better track progress and clearly show the impact of our Responsible Business commitments.

As our clients’ expectations continue to evolve, advances in technology and AI are reshaping how we work. We strive to harness innovation responsibly to enhance how we support them.
