Deliver active inclusion training for everyone – train the trainer approach.
4. Partnerships
Build on our strategic partnership with the NOW Group, supporting people with learning difficulties and autism into employment including becoming a JAM (Just A Minute) Card-friendly business.

Continue to review ALG School professional development programmes to support our firm’s priorities.

1. Community focus Deepen our collaboration with our community partners and civil society organisations to co-create better opportunities.
2. Reach more young people Create more pathways to opportunities and offer additional social mobility internships.

Boost employee engagement across all our community programmes: leveraging their expertise and skills to create lasting impact.
4. Pro bono
Drive a culture where pro bono legal work is instrumental to achieving social and environmental justice – through human rights work, promoting legal education and information and empowering civil society social enterprise.

Strengthen how we track, assess and learn from our work, to ensure we deliver meaningful outcomes.
Our environment: reinforcing our commitment
1. Net zero Ambition to reach net zero emissions by 2050, with our near-term emissions targets and our new headquarters in Dublin paving the way.
2. Biodiversity and nature loss Start to implement biodiversity strategy by end 2025, in partnership with local, national and international groups.
3. Decarbonising our supply chain
Continue to work with our suppliers in measuring and decreasing emissions.
4. Sustainable travel
Implement feedback from our people in support of active and sustainable travel.
5. Environmental justice
Act for key civil society partners to enhance their impact. Harness our expertise and break new ground on how our people positively contribute to climate solutions.
Governance: leading responsibly
1. Responsible procurement
Fully implement our responsible procurement process to include new supplier due diligence process.
2. Client acceptance and ESG
Ensure full implementation of ESG impacts into our client acceptance processes.
3. Data quality
Gather robust data that informs our strategy, measures our achievements and keeps us on track to meeting our targets.
4. Reporting commitments
Publish annual sustainability reports, carbon footprint reports, UN Global Compact report; work towards CSRD alignment in our reporting.
5. Benchmarking
Achieve reaccreditation of Business Working Responsible Mark for the fourth time.
