Disputes

ALG’s Disputes practice has handled some of the most complex commercial litigation in the Irish courts, advising on a wide range of disputes including corporate, contractual, administrative law, planning, property, fraud claims, privacy and defamation actions, patents, and product liability matters.

We have significant experience advising clients in the life sciences sector including healthcare providers, medical technology and device companies, pharmaceuticals, and food manufacturers on contentious commercial and regulatory issues.

Our lawyers are skilled in developing and implementing strategies to pre-empt or respond to litigation and corporate crises. Depending on the nature of the contentious issue, we collaborate with multi-disciplinary experts across the firm to deliver efficient and successful outcomes, reflecting the bench strength of our specialist practice groups.

We are leaders in developing practical alternatives to litigation for managing mass claims. Supported by our client service delivery group, ALG Solutions, we offer advanced project management and technology, including a bespoke case management platform tailored for mass claims in the Irish market.
