Energy & Infrastructure
Our market leading Energy & Infrastructure team regularly works with large energy consumers and renewable energy project developers in relation to their net-zero and low carbon business strategies. This work involves working side-by-side with Life Sciences companies in relation to their ‘on-site’ renewable energy generation and storage projects, EV charging initiatives, and renewable electricity, biomethane, and carbon credit purchasing programs.
More broadly our Energy & Infrastructure team advises on energy project development, renewable offtake/trading strategies, project financing, M&A and complex energy regulatory issues.
Sitting alongside our Energy & Infrastructure team, we have a dedicated Environmental, Social and Governance lead who works with companies on their ESG governance and sustainability reporting requirements.
