• Mzuri Group Limited (Decora Blinds) on its equity investments from BGF and multiple acquisitions including TCMM Shutter Group Limited, Tropical Blinds Limited, Purely Shutters Limited, Make My Blinds Limited, Evans Textiles (all GB), Pekuva Beheer BV (Netherlands) and iSeek Blinds Pty Limited (Australia).
• The founders of Kairos Sports Tech Ltd in relation to the sale of the entire issued share capital to Teamworks Innovations Inc., a US-incorporated entity.
• Haldane Fisher Limited on the acquisitions of multiple businesses, including: Greengates Builders Merchants Ltd, Prowood Ltd, Key Hardware Limited and Robert Dickie & Sons Ltd.
• Merkur Casino Holdings UK Limited in relation to the acquisition of one of Northern Ireland’s longest-standing leisure operators, Oasis Leisure Group Limited.
• Separately the shareholders of two private clinics based in Hillsborough, County Down (Orthoderm and Hillsborough Private Clinic) on their sales to Affidea B.V.
• AJ Capital Partners (the private real estate company with over €3.6 billion in current investments) on its acquisition of the Slieve Donard Hotel, Newcastle.
• Reform Clothing Limited, a sustainable clothing start-up, in relation to: (i) its $6.6m investment round led by Sustainable Impact Capital; (ii) investments in Reform Clothing Limited by various private and institutional investors by way of convertible loan notes; (iii) its acquisition of another sustainable clothing platform, Haru Ltd; and (iv) its recent £2m investment led by a family office.
• Spirit Aerosystems Inc., Northern Ireland’s most significant manufacturing employer, in relation to the sale of certain business and assets to Airbus and Boeing.
• Bannsiders Holdings Limited in relation to its acquisition of and investment into Coleraine Football Club Limited.
