The people are really what drew me to ALG and what keeps me here. Both those in the firm and those we work with. I am lucky to work with people I enjoy spending time with and who I also trust to teach and guide me.

The partners I work with have always encouraged me to push myself and to grow as a lawyer. As part of that, they have ensured I have worked on some extremely interesting and complex projects and mandates as well as allowed me to build my relationship with key clients. The trust and belief in my capabilities, while always being willing to provide a helping hand or advice when needed, has allowed me to become the lawyer I am.
