Solicitor - Real Estate

Our Property department is recruiting for qualified lawyers with experience ranging from 2–4 years’ PQE.

The team

The team is renowned, both in Ireland and internationally, for the quality of its advice and service, its market knowledge, the depth and size of its resources, and its unrivalled relationships with all key players in the market place. The combined Belfast and Dublin team acts for domestic and international investors, financial institutions, developers, retailers, and owners/occupiers across the full range of commercial property transactions.

The role

The practice group advise clients through every stage of the company life-cyle:

• Investment sales and acquisitions
• Development deals
• Lease transactions and portfolio management
• Real estate finance
• Property aspects of corporate transactions

Requirements

• Qualified candidates from 2–4 years’ PQE
• Ideally from a large or medium corporate law firm
• An excellent academic record
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills
• Strong team and collaborative skills
• Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
