Northern Ireland's liquor licensing legislation has undergone significant reform with the Licensing and Registration of Clubs (Amendment) Bill 2021 receiving Royal Assent on 26 August 2021.
Under the Licensing and Registration of Clubs (Amendment) Act (Northern Ireland) 2021, we now have a more modern and flexible licensing system which will undoubtedly be welcomed by the hospitality industry, patrons and tourists alike.
