A&L Goodbody Northern Ireland to become a limited liability partnership
A&L Goodbody has been authorised by The Law Society of Northern Ireland to become a limited liability partnership (LLP). Accordingly, the firm will become A&L Goodbody Northern Ireland LLP with effect from 1 August 2023.
The change will not affect our relationship with clients or impact on the delivery of our services. LLPs are a common business model for law firms in the UK and Ireland. If you require further information please speak with your usual A&L Goodbody contact.
A&L Goodbody in the Republic of Ireland became an LLP in April 2021.
