A&L Goodbody ranked No.1 M&A Law Firm for 5th year running

A&L Goodbody has once again been ranked the No.1 Irish Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Law Firm by deal volume in 2016 by each of the international publications – Thomson Reuters, Bloomberg, Mergermarket and Experian Corpfin. In 2016 the Firm advised on more M&A deals than any other Irish law firm – following the same ranking achieved in 2012, 2013, 2014 and 2015.  At the end of last year, A&L Goodbody also won an award as Ireland's M&A Legal Advisor of the Year as named by Mergermarket.

The range of transactions A&L Goodbody advised on included acting for Verizon on its acquisition of Fleetmatics, Johnson Controls on its merger with Tyco, Dalata Hotel Group on a number of transactions and ABP Food Group on its a joint venture with Slaney Foods.
