A&L Goodbody top ranked Irish Firm across all practice areas - IFLR1000

A&L Goodbody once again is the only Irish law Firm to be ranked in Tier 1 across all the specialist legal areas according to the international publication IFLR1000 2016. This is the fourth successive year of this achievement.

IFLR1000 highlighted a number of A&L Goodbody's largest recent transactions including advising Medtronic on its $49bn acquisition of Covidien; their advice to Perrigo in acquiring Omega Pharma for €3.6bn; and the Firm's role representing Vidara Therapeutics Research when it was bought by Horizon Pharma in one of the last US tax inversion transactions to complete before restrictions were introduced by the US Treasury.
